Travelshoppe is elevating the online experience for its customers and clients, by deploying a chatbot (a computer program which conducts a conversation via auditory or textual methods) for its Facebook page and website. The chatbot, called Kenia, was developed in an effort to reduce the time-frame taken by Travelshoppe to answer inquiries and give feedback to its clients.
Kenia will be asking a set of questions to the clients, and at the end send a compiled response to the Travelshoppe Team. This in turn, helps the team prepare a complete Tour and Travel itinerary for their clients.
