Travelshoppe made big moves in 2022

Travelshoppe ended 2022 with a bang! In a strategy that has seen them direct their focus to customer care and service. One of the involvements they have undertaken, together with their partners, is customer visitations to recognise customer support as well as update them on their various products. At the heart of this strategy the main objective is to hear from customers as to what areas the company can focus on, to sustain customer satisfaction through an enjoyable travel experience.

Qatar Airways joined them in the various visits, which were appreciated by the clients as they used the opportunity to communicate their inputs directly to the airline. In particular, the important aspect of special airfares for their corporate traffic which clients felt if accorded would support their logistics segment of the recovery process.

On the innovation end, imagine you have forgotten or misplaced important travel documents and you only realize this when checking-in for your flight. Statistically, you are more likely to forget your documents as opposed to your phone! Travelshoppe Trips App will be your solution to such a situation and is ready to be officially rolled out.

 

This App will be for customers only as it is intended to contain all client’s travel information which will include air tickets, travel itinerary, accommodation vouchers, amongst many other documents. Additionally, it will provide destination information like weather, but more importantly, update clients on any travel changes whether it is flight delays or change of hotels and other information which would arise because of last minute unavoidable circumstances. Knowing that you have this back- up can only minimize the stress and anxiety most travelers normally have.
