The Ramco Group HR Team and the Group Customer Experience office have introduced customer-focused training programs in General Customer Service and Customer Delight.
Over the course of 3 Saturdays in September 2017, 77 Ramco Group employees from various departments in multiple companies were trained at the program held at the Office Technologies Ltd. Training Facilities in RGIP. Conducted by an experienced external provider, the course equipped the employees with key skills in delivering exemplary customer service.
Other customer-focused training programs such as Retail Sales Training (B2C) and Business to Business Sales Training (B2B) will soon be offered.
