RAMCO GROUP: 229 Ramco Team run in Std. Chartered Marathon

229 staff members of the Ramco Group were up bright and early on Sunday morning to run in the Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon. Most of the team ran in the 10km race while a select few took part in the half and full marathons. Last year there were 191 entrants from group companies so this increased popularity is hoped to continue next year. In addition to creating the Ramco Group team spirit, the participating staff contributed to the noble course by forgoing their Sunday rest day, lunch and transport allowance. The 229 entrants met at Ramco Printing Works and walked to the start line outside Nyayo Stadium. The sense of team was excellent and all enjoyed being a part of the event. Congratulations to all who took part.
