RAMCO GROUP: Holds Final HR Meeting for 2017

The Ramco Group’s Human Resources Team held their last meeting on 8 December 2017 at RGIP to wrap up the year and plan for 2018 in line with the new focus on HR Business Partnership. The team has held monthly thematic discussions on topics that are relevant to HR situations in the group, such as occupational health and safety, practical strategies for employee engagement, culture transformation and strategic recruitment. Moderated by Group HR Director, Denis Nyongesa, these presentations helped the team to standardize their approach on HR initiatives and also forged teamwork, cohesion and synergy amongst themselves.

The white-themed meeting ended on a lighter note with a delicious dinner.
