FLEXOWORLD: Delivery Time is 94% Efficient

April was an exciting month at Flexoworld as the staff hit a 94% mark on time delivery, therefore exceeding their March performance of 82%. The company measures this by sending a “Delivery Promise” email to each client for each job. This promise is then compared to the ACTUAL delivery time to determine their success.

One client emailed to say “Thank you for updating me on this. I am very impressed by your professionalism. It is a rare feature in Kenya.”

The management appreciated the production team with a group lunch and hoped this record could be maintained or made better in the coming months.

The Production team enjoys a pizza lunch for achieving their target of over 90% success.
