OFFICE TECHNOLOGIES: Launches a Certified Service Centre

Office Technologies Ltd opened the doors to its first Canon Certified Service and Training Centre in Nairobi on the 28^th of June 2012. As Canons distributor for imaging and business solutions in Kenya, the opening of the centre represented the companys ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of service and support to its customers. The centre was inaugurated by Mr. K. R. Patel, the Chairman of the Ramco Group in the presence of the Board of Directors of the Ramco Group of Companies and Canon Middle East delegates.

The new service centre is fully equipped and manned by trained and certified Canon technicians to service any canon products from photocopiers, printers, camera and lens. It is the first such service centre in the region and now gives Canon customers the confidence in having local after-sales support for their equipment.
