PRINT STORE: Holds Team-Building Session

The Print Store Ltd held a team-building event on Saturday, 5 May 2018. The goal of the event was to bring the two teams, TPSL and IPBS, together to bond and create a cohesive group.

Throughout the day, several exercises focusing on effective communication and good organizational leadership were conducted with the teams, allowing the teams to get to know each other whilst strengthening their skills. The activities that took place included forward thinking & planning, managing noise & interruptions, listening skills & quick decision making, time management as well as employee motivation.

Additionally, the Print Store team was also coached on how to scale their corporate culture, values and public image to greater heights by studying Ramco Group’s values, allowing for a shift to a more team-oriented culture.
