SEAL HONEY: Conducts B2C Staff Training

Seal Honey Ltd led a three-day business-to-customer training program for their entire sales team to improve and motivate performance and efficiency across their nine wholesale and retail stores countrywide. Live examples were used because this was “hands-on” training during operating hours.

An external trainer spent time on a one-to-one basis with every sales staff, demonstrating the gold standard in customer service and mentored staff on how to attend to customer enquiries and complaints. The trainer also spent time with all branch managers to encourage a daily practice of a 15-minute morning mentorship meeting with staff prior to store opening hours. This training and daily meetings have proven to be valuable in addressing staff presentation and customer service goals.

At the end of the program, positive behavioral changes, improved team synergy, and a general attitude improvement has been noted. Having been proved worthwhile, the staff training will be repeated every six months.
