ASL PACKAGING: Introduces a Customer Care Desk

In the past years, ASL packaging used the dispatch team to attend to customers but with time came the need to improve processes and make them faster and more efficient.

 

Thus, the company introduced a customer care desk to attend to walk-in clients and refer customer inquiries to appropriate staff members as well as revert to customers within the agreed turnaround time.

 

The result is an increased number of satisfied customers and improved customer relationship management. Happy customers have become repeat customers nurturing customer loyalty that has seen a consistent stream of orders coming into ASL Packaging.
